DBCS314 Histology and Histology Lab (Course Director) Histology is the study of cells and tissues under a microscope, also known as microanatomy. The
course is organized into lectures and laboratories. During
the laboratory sessions, microscopic slides (from student slide boxes
and/or demonstration slide), electron microimages, and/or other
teaching materials are utilized to study the development and structure
of cells, tissues and organs.

OSCI506 Advanced Oral Histology and Immunology (Course Director) Lectures
and discussion on the strucutres and functions of oral and lymphoid tissues with
special interest in orally diseases. Previously listed as HSTL506.

D1 Small Group Learning (Facilitator) A
problem-based model guides our DMD curriculum, allowing students to
experience a diagnostic process very early in their education. Our
innovative case-based curriculum, called Small Group Learning (SGL)
integrates foundational learning and clinical learning throughout the
four-year program.
OSCI583 Research Laboratory Rotation (Course Director) We provide diverse research experience to first & second-year Ph.D students. Rotations involve short exposure to ongoing research projects and expermental techniques, usually 16 weeks in length. |
